Special Assessment
On September 9, 2024, lot owners of Lochmoor Club POA passed a special assessment of $860 per lot to fund the needed repairs to the sports courts. The assessment can be paid in full or in two installments, $430 due on October 31, 2024 and $430 due on October 31, 2025.
Invoices for the full amount will be sent by October 1, 2024. Payment can be made as follows.
Check - You can mail a check made payable to Lochmoor Club POA to 5000 SW Westchester Road, Bentonville, AR 72713. (Or, place the check in an envelope and write "Courts Special Assessment" and your name and address on the front and deposit it in the black mailbox at the front of the subdivision.) Also, please make sure the property address is on the check, especially if the check has a different address than that of the lot.
If mailing your check or processing it through your bank, give enough time for the check to be received by the October 31 due date. Late fees are applied based on the date the check is received, not when it was mailed.
Online Payment - You can pay your assessment online using our PayPal account (button below). The amount for using this method is $892 to pay in full or $446 for the 2024 installment only. The additional is the amount the POA is charged for the transaction.
NOTE: When checking out via PayPal, you will need to use the address fields below. Please make sure the Lochmoor Club property address is listed as the Shipping Address or there may be issues with crediting the proper account.
Billing Address = Address associated with the credit card
Shipping Address = Property address for which the assessment is being paid if different than the billing address
POA Dues Payment Policy
Per POA policy, payments not received by the October 31 deadline incur a $50 late fee on November 1; payments not received by November 30 incur another $50 late fee on December 1. Payments not received by December 15 result in a lien being filed. Any lien filed for non-payment of POA dues will include the amount due plus filing costs, a $50 fee (per Covenants Section VI.C), interest, and any other fees associated with processing the lien. The total amount due will continue to accrue with interest until the payment in full is received. Alternatively, the POA may, at its discretion, use other avenues to pursue collection (e.g., small claims court).
** PayPal payments are not allowed for any payments with late fees. Assessment payments not made by the October 31 deadline must be paid by check or money order. Please contact the POA for details.
