Rules for Pavilion Signup and Use. Failure to follow the rules will result in a $100 fine and the removal of security access to the amenities and future bookings.
Do not forget to add your FULL NAME to the booking.
A reservation is required only if a secure spot in the calendar is desired. The pavilion is available for use during normal hours of 7am - 9pm Sunday-Thursday and 7am-10pm Friday-Saturday. However, reservations can start at 8am.
Each reservation can be for a maximum of four (4) hours. Reservations may not be extended beyond the scheduled time, and back-to-back bookings by the same lot owner(s) is prohibited.
A MAXIMUM number of 50 people are allowed (including swimmers if it is a combo party).
COMBO PARTY: If the pavilion is reserved for a pool party, no more than 20 total swimmers (residents and guests) may enter the pool area during the reserved pavilion time. A pool party reservation must also be made for the same timeframe but not to exceed two (2) hours. The total number of people allowed for a combo party is 50 (not 70), and only 20 can use the pool.
GRILL USE: If a grill is to be used, instructions must be carefully followed and the Grill Use Waiver Form completed at least one (1) week prior to the event. The grill lock code and other instructions will not be provided until the waiver form response is recorded by the POA.
Use of any amplified sound system for playing music or otherwise must be done so that it is not a nuisance to others using the Lochmoor Club amenities or occupants in surrounding homes. No live music or PA systems are allowed without prior written approval from the POA.
If tables are rearranged, they must be returned to their original position.
All items and/or trash must be picked up before leaving the pavilion area.
All trash must be taken away, not put in or placed by the permanent trash cans located by other amenities.
Soiled picnic tables or the pavilion floor must be completely cleaned. (There is a hose available to clean the area if necessary.)
Damage/cleanup charges (if any) will be billed to the user if the user has not complied with all rules and provisions. Damage invoices will be emailed within 14 days and will be due upon receipt. Failure to pay the damage/cleanup invoice may result in extra fees and removal of access to all Lochmoor Club amenities.
