Lochmoor Club is one of the most desired subdivisions in Northwest Arkansas. Its location on SW H Street/Highway 112 allows residents easy access to shopping, schools (elementary through junior high schools are within walking distance), healthcare facilities, the airport, and I-49. The Walmart home office and many vendor offices are within a few minutes' drive. Plus, the Walmart Neighborhood Market makes shopping easy and convenient, and the 80,000 sq. ft. Bentonville Community Center is within walking distance of the subdivision.

Lochmoor Club will also directly connect to the trail system once that connection is finished sometime in 2022. Now, though, residents can easily connect to the trail by biking to the community center and picking up the trail there.
